This End-User Licence Agreement is a legal agreement between you, either an individual or a single entity, and Norchard Solutions Limited. By installing, copying, or otherwise using Succession Wizard, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Clicking "I AGREE" or installing or using Succession Wizard indicates your consent to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly return, or uninstall, Succession Wizard
1. GRANT OF LICENCE

Succession Wizard is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Any rights not explicitly granted under this agreement are hereby reserved. Provided you have paid all applicable fees, this agreement grants you the following personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable rights:

(a) You may install and use multiple copies of Succession Wizard. Licence to use the evaluation version of the Software is free of charge for a maximum of 10 entries.

(b) You may use Succession Wizard only for your own internal use.

(c) You may use Succession Wizard on any single computer; use Succession Wizard on a network, provided that each person accessing the Succession Wizard through the network must have a copy licensed to that person.

(d) You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Succession Wizard to any third party.
2. WARRANTY, REMEDY AND LIMITATIONS

(a) Norchard Solutions warrants that Succession Wizard will perform in substantial accordance with its stated functionality for ninety (90) days following payment.

(b) Norchard Solutions entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any claim you may have against Norchard Solutions shall be, at Norchard Solutions option, (i) return of amounts paid for Succession Wizard or (ii) repair or replacement of Succession Wizard which does not meet the above limited warranty; provided you return Succession Wizard to Norchard Solutions.

(c) Except as provided above, Succession Wizard is provided "as is" and without warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Customer assumes all risks as to selection, quality, installation, results and performance. Norchard Solutions does not warrant that Succession Wizard will meet Customer's requirements or that the operation of Succession Wizard will be uninterrupted or error free.

(d) You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction), or create derivative works based on this Software, or remove any proprietary notices or labels on this Software.

(e) Norchard Solutions shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business or profits, business interruption or delay, loss or inability to use data), even if Norchard Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

(f) Some states do not allow certain warranty limitations, so the restrictions of this Section 2 will apply only to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

(g) Norchard Solutions reserves the right to limit at any time the amount of free support offered.

3. TERMINATION

The license will terminate automatically if Customer fails to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, Customer must destroy all copies of Succession Wizard. Otherwise, this agreement shall remain in force. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all copies of Succession Wizard and providing notice thereof to Norchard Solutions.
